Manny Ruiz is a family guy, so it’s no surprise that he enjoys working at a company that treats him like a part of the family. He’s been in the construction industry for 21 years and works as a Superintendent at Shelby Erectors.

Manny enjoys coming to work every day because of the good project coordination and the great work dynamic. He says the company treats the team well and it feels good to work there.
Interacting with his team and the contractors is the best part of Manny’s day. He loves the work they do and the people part of the business. Manny appreciates being able to support the guys, since he knows they’re the ones that do good for the business.
When Manny isn’t at work, he’s a “home boy.” He likes spending time hanging out with his family. His two adult children live at home and he loves being around them. Manny and his family like to play sports, like baseball, and go fishing together.
