Shelby Erectors was designed around the idea of creating a construction company that could be better. We understand that this starts with each team member. We hire the best talent in the industry and take care of our employees and their families.
Our team is hard working, engaged, and motivated. Their energy and diligence supports our goal to be the best in the industry.
We check our egos at the door and work as a team to make sure we take care of everyone. We don’t always agree, but we’re in this together.
Meet Our Management Team
It’s no surprise that family is important to Jennifer, since the company focuses on making a lasting impact in the lives of their team and the communities they serve. Jennifer and her husband, Jack, have two wonderful children: Shelby, a Veterinarian, and Jackson, the Chief Estimator for the company.
In her free time, Jen can be found enjoying the sunshine in Key Largo with her family and friends – boating, fishing, and diving.
Jack is a self-proclaimed workaholic. He’s invested in what they do and loves working with his family. In addition to working alongside his wife, son, and son-in-law, he holds his long-time teammates close to his heart, like family.
Jack and his wife, Jen, have two children: Shelby and Jackson. They also have two grandchildren. When Jack isn’t working, he can be found on his boat in the Florida Keys. He loves fishing, snowboarding, and the occasional drink (Jack Daniels, of course).
Debbie has an appreciation for the hard work that goes into constructing safe infrastructure. And at the end of the day, she understands you need to be surrounded by experience, skill, and honesty.
When Jason isn’t at work, he’s enjoying time with his family. He and his high school sweetheart have been married for 29 years. They enjoy spending time on their patio overlooking the lake every night. The couple has three children, a daughter and two sons, and two grandchildren. They all enjoy traveling in their motor coach to Disney and other scenic destinations.
When Annette isn’t at work, she likes fishing, kayaking, and weekend get-togethers. She also loves spending time with her twin grandsons. No matter where she is, Annette always has a lot of laughs.
Kinga was born and raised in Poland. And when she’s not chasing employees for their time logs, she enjoys running and working out. Further, hiking, travelling, and spending time with family are among her favorite activities.
Cory is married to his wife, Shelby and they have two sons. When he’s not working, he spends his time with family. When he gets the chance, he’s outdoors hunting, fishing, or four wheeling.
A third-generation ironworker, Jackson Nix has been around the industry his entire life. It all began with miscellaneous warehouse tasks. But as soon as he had a driver’s license, he was officially working with Shelby Erectors, delivering pre-cast cages and safety equipment to the crews.
Meet Our Superintendents
One of his favorite jobs was the Crosstown Parkway project. The work required him and his team to be on one job site for over a year. There’s nothing like watching a project of that magnitude come to life. When Romel isn’t at work, he can be found on the soccer field with his friends. His enjoys playing defense.
After 32 years as an ironworker, Jack enjoys the stability of being with a company that has a superb safety record and core values that provide support the same. For Jack, this is more than just a job for him because “when it comes to the end of the day, we are all brothers.”
When Billy isn’t helping Shelby Erectors build their team and bridge America, he enjoys cruising along the Florida roadways on his Harley Davidson. He’s dedicated to his home and family. A perfect day means fishing and enjoying time together.
Building bridges requires careful attention to detail and hard work. Vince believes the knowledge the Shelby Erector’s team has can be shared with their crews to ensure the longevity of their craft.
When Mike isn’t on the job site, you can find him with his family or in nature. He has a passion for collecting rocks, sticks, and shells that he discovers during his adventures. He also enjoys growing plants.
When Manny isn’t at work, he’s a “home boy.” He likes spending time hanging out with his family. His two adult children live at home and he loves being around them. Manny and his family like to play sports, like baseball, and go fishing together.
