Before she became Payroll Manager at Shelby Erectors, Kinga Valdez actually earned two bachelor’s degrees – one from a university in Poland and the other from UCF. But all in all, Kinga has been in the construction industry for five years now.
It’s a career she takes pride in. So, with each year, Kinga hopes to grow more and more, providing support and value to the entire team. She believes in the company success. She further understands that individual accountability makes everyone come together and give their best collectively. To say she’s a team player is an understatement.
I find working for Shelby Erectors rewarding and challenging. I feel like I belong to a team where we care for and support one another.
Kinga truly believes: “A person who feels appreciated will always do more than what is expected.” And that’s the vibe she gets around here. She loves working in a company that treats its family of employees as exactly that – family.
Kinga was born and raised in Poland. And when she’s not chasing employees for their time logs, she enjoys running and working out. Further, hiking, travelling, and spending time with family are among her favorite activities.
