Mike White has dedicated over 10 years to the construction industry, steadily rising through the ranks from a power tool operator to a key leadership role. His extensive experience has been built on hands-on work and a deep understanding of field operations.
Throughout his career, Mike has spent 8.5 years leading projects and teams on-site, developing expertise in ironworking, welding, and crew leadership. His ability to manage complex projects, oversee team operations, and maintain high standards has been instrumental in driving our company’s success.
Mike is a certified professional, holding credentials as an NCCER Ironworker, as well as being a 2G Certified Welder in Florida and a 1G Certified Welder in North Carolina. He also specializes in Stay In Place (SIP) installation, a skill he has honed over years of managing projects and guiding crews.
Outside of work, Mike is passionate about golf and values spending quality time with family and friends. His commitment both professionally and personally reflects the supportive and growth-focused culture we cherish at Shelby Erectors.
