| Project Details | Kirkman Rd is proposed to be widened and extended south to a new intersection with Universal Blvd. The proposed typical section includes 3-lanes in each direction with 2 dedicated transit lanes in the median. The North section project area requires the reconfiguration of the existing Kirkman Rd/SLR interchange with a new single point urban interchange, as well as the reconstruction of SLR from the Universal Blvd on west to the Greenbriar Parkway intersection on the east as a 6-lane divided roadway.
