Mike Wagner is a Superintendent at Shelby Erectors with a focus on quality and safety. He’s been in the industry for over 20 years and during that time has received numerous safety awards. Through his extensive experience, Mike has also earned a Heavy Rig Specialist title.
According to Mike, working at Shelby Erectors is very fulfilling. Watching his team take the parts and turn them into something is incredible. Mike and his team take pride in the quality of work they create.
I have a bunch of good guys on my team and I’m very proud of what they do. We give a damn and it shows.
When Mike isn’t on the job site, you can find him with his family or in nature. He has a passion for collecting rocks, sticks, and shells that he discovers during his adventures. He also enjoys growing plants. Mike is very proud of his son, who’s currently in college. The two of them enjoy spending time together.
